Board of Directors

David M. Preston is Chairman of TRx Pharma, an RTP company founded in 2005. Previously, he was founder of Victory Pharma, a San Diego-based specialty pharmaceutical company and co-founder of DJ Pharma, a specialty pharmaceutical compnay which was acquired in 2000 by Biovail Corporation.

Mr. Preston has 25 plus years of experience as a pharmaceutical executive in sales, marketing and operations, both domestically and internationally, beginning with Eli Lilly and Co. and more recently with Glaxo Wellcome. He has been responsible for the launch of two billion-dollar-plus brands in the U.S. pharmaceutical marketplace.

Mr. Preston is a registered pharmacist and a graduate of the UNC School of Pharmacy.

Randal O. Jones is the Chief Financial Officer for TRx Pharma. Most recently a consultant in general management and enterprise development, Mr. Jones' list of clients included Enhance Biotech, KBI Biopharma, Ardent Pharmaceuticals, MERIX Bioscience and CytoSpect Pharma.

A financial and operations executive with more than 25 years un diverse domestic and international finance, Mr. Jones has extensive experience working in Australia and Asia. Prior to his epxerience in Auatralia and Asia, Mr. Jones had a 12-year career with the Concord Group of Companies (Denver, CO), where he held the roles of CFO and VP of Finance.

Mr. Jones is a former CPA and holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance as well as a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting.

Robert C. Moscato, Jr. is Chief Operating Officer for TRx Pharma. He has over 12 years of healthcare and pharmaceutical industry experience, having begun his pharmaceutical career with GlaxoSmithKline, where he held positions in sales, sales management, business analysis and product marketing. He was part of the marketing team that executed the fourth fastest launch in history to record billion-dollar sales.

Mr. Moscato has extensive experience with product launches, sales force development and channel marketing. Most recently, he led the launch of a new product for a start-up specialty pharmaceutical company.

Mr. Moscato holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Care Management from St. Francis College and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in marketing from IONA College.

Douglas J. Baratta is a member of the TRx Pharma Board of Directors and is President of Brighton Pharmaceuticals, Inc., based in Cary, NC.

Mr. Baratta has over 15 years of specialty pharmaceutical experience in both branded and generic products. Doug has held various roles with increasing responsibility in sales, sales management and trade operations. He has been a key member of the executive team in established and start-up companies such as Biovail Pharmaceuticals, DJ Pharma and Dura Pharmaceuticals.

Mr. Baratta earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of South Carolina.
